I had a race yesterday. 2 actually. A half marathon then a 5k to directly follow. I had a foot injury in the 10th mile and thought it was best to finish the half and not risk further injury. I should have had more pizza. Failures are just lessons. I should have prepared better. I should have trained harder. Next half marathon is in about a month. Introduciamo in maniera consistente il lavoro di tipo lattacido. Questo tipo di “stress” fornito al muscolo causa 3 adattamenti: 1. Stoccaggio del glicogeno. 2. Stress metabolico 3.
